Today, whilst paroozing the modern/contemporary gallery at my local art museum (Cleveland Museum of Art) I discovered our recently displayed Damien Hirst tryptich (it's on loan from a private collection). I just want to stare at it until I day. It's beautiful in every way. Kind of disgusting if you really think about it, but mostly just beautiful. It's in the same vane as the picture here, but in a different shape and in three, not one. These butterfly pieces are utterly beautiful, I wish I had thought of it first.
